AutoPostPlanner uses TikTok's official authorization and Content Posting APIs. It never asks for or stores a TikTok password.

Login Kit

Lets a creator securely connect their TikTok account through TikTok's own consent screen. AutoPostPlanner receives an OAuth token—not the account password.

user.info.basic

Reads the connected account's basic identity, such as display name and avatar, so the creator can confirm which account will receive a scheduled post.

video.upload

Sends the creator-selected MP4 to TikTok as an editable draft. TikTok notifies the creator, who opens the inbox notification and completes the post in TikTok.

video.publish

Checks the creator's current posting options, transfers the creator-selected MP4 through TikTok's Direct Post endpoint, and creates the private sandbox post only after final consent.

During TikTok's review or sandbox phase, visibility is restricted to Only you. AutoPostPlanner does not claim production Direct Post access until TikTok grants it.

What the creator does.

1. Connect

The creator opens Accounts, chooses TikTok, reviews TikTok's consent screen, and authorizes access.

2. Prepare

The creator selects an MP4, writes a caption, chooses privacy, and schedules an exact date and time.

3. Confirm

A final summary shows the account, destination, privacy, and time before the creator queues the post.

What this version includes.

This revision implements both Content Posting API modes selected in the portal: editable draft upload with video.upload and Direct Post with video.publish, alongside Login Kit user.info.basic. The replacement video is a continuous recording of the working app in TikTok Sandbox—not a flowchart—and shows OAuth, account identity, MP4 selection, both delivery choices, consent, upload, and status.

AutoPostPlanner does not scrape TikTok, automate passwords, publish without creator action, or sell connected-account data.
