Terms of Service

1. Service
AutoPostPlanner is a local-first desktop application for preparing, scheduling, and sending media through official social-platform APIs. You remain responsible for every account you connect and every post you authorize.
2. Acceptable use
Only upload content that you own or have permission to publish. You must follow applicable law and the rules, disclosure requirements, and community guidelines of each destination platform. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
3. Connected platforms
Connected services such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram are operated by third parties. Their availability, review requirements, quotas, moderation, and terms also apply. AutoPostPlanner cannot guarantee delivery when a provider rejects, delays, rate-limits, or removes API access.
4. Sandbox limitations
Sandbox and unaudited integrations may be restricted by the provider. TikTok Direct Post content may be limited to private visibility until TikTok completes its required review.
5. Your control
You can disconnect an eligible account and revoke OAuth access through the relevant provider. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Scheduling and availability
A schedule is an instruction to attempt delivery at the selected time, not a guarantee of publication. Your Mac, database, queue services, network connection, and applicable provider API must be available. Provider eligibility may differ by account type and content format.
